Cognitive Walkthrough

I used this in my time working at Nike to get feedback on new designs for the internal toolset we were building for the SKU team. I set up a cognitive walkthrough session for every 3-week sprint. This motivated the design team (myself included) to have new designs to share in each sprint, but also gave a chance for the team give a lot of feedback. Design decisions were being made by team leaders, but the users of the product were the team members. Cognitive walkthrough sessions gave all the stakeholders a chance to weigh on the new designs as they were happening.
