My favorite science fiction book of all time is The Dark Forest by Cixin Liu. I recommend you not ask me about it because I will explain exactly why I think it’s interesting in great detail. It’s a sequel to a very complex novel, The Three Body Problem, and I will explain that whole book to you so that I can tell you why I like The Dark Forest.
My favorite fantasy novel is the Wise Man’s Fear. I prefer you don’t ask me about that one… it’s a sore subject as I, along with many other fantasy fans, have been waiting for the conclusion to that series for a very long time.
